Centre Philosophy
- We believe that the role of the children’s program is to meet the individual needs and developmental levels of the children while they are at the centre.

- To provide a stimulating environment that encourages creativity, exploration and investigation. A variety of activities will be provided to ensure this.

- We believe that staff should manage behaviour through guidance, positive reinforcement and encouragement.
- We believe that children need to feel safe, secure, happy, encouraged and cared for.
- We believe children need to acquire social skills, language skills, physical skills and develop a respect for people, self and objects.
